Terms of service

Last updated: 26 October 2026

Who we are

Evey is published by an individual developer based in the European Union (“we”). You can reach us at hello@evey.run. By subscribing or using Evey you accept these terms.

What you get

One subscription gives you access to three personal AI tools, Nex, Orb and Vox, and to the updates we publish while your subscription is active. Today Orb is in private beta, Vox is in beta and Nex is in development. They are provided as they are: features change, some are unfinished, and availability is not guaranteed. During the beta, access is sent by email, usually within 48 hours of payment.

Price and payment

The early-access price is €19 per month or €190 per year, taxes included where they apply. Promotional offers, such as the founding-member code, apply for the period and conditions stated when they are announced. Payments are processed by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, from the link in your receipt email or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; you keep access until then. Nothing in these terms limits any right of withdrawal or refund that EU consumer law gives you.

Your code, your AI accounts

Orb and Vox run on your machine, with the AI subscriptions and tools you choose. We do not receive your code and we do not resell AI usage. You are responsible for the access you grant to agents, for reviewing what they produce before you merge it, and for the terms of the AI providers you use.

Acceptable use

Do not use Evey to break the law, to attack systems you do not own, or to redistribute the software. Licences to the software are personal and non-transferable.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for code or changes produced by AI agents, or for data lost because of a beta version. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law that protects you as a consumer.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will announce material changes by email. These terms are governed by the law of the country where the publisher is established, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
