Privacy
The short version
This site has no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Fonts and scripts are served from evey.run. We collect your email address if you give it to us, and Stripe handles your payment.
Your code
Evey does not receive your code or your repositories. Orb and Vox run on your machine. The AI providers you connect receive what your agents send them, under their own privacy terms.
What we collect, and why
- Email address (waitlist). To tell you when your access opens and to send occasional product news. Kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Stored with Resend, our email provider.
- Subscription and payment data. If you subscribe, Stripe collects your name, email, billing details and card, and tells us the status of your subscription. We never see or store your card number.
- Technical logs. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, processes your IP address to deliver pages and to limit abusive requests to the sign-up form. We do not use it to identify you.
Legal basis
Your consent for the waitlist; the performance of a contract for your subscription; our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
Who processes your data
Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email), Stripe (payments). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@evey.run. You can also complain to your national data protection authority. Every email we send explains how to stop receiving it.
